Frozen is as good as Fresh
Freezing is a widely accepted method of preserving food without the use of additives. At Eattofresh, we use a state-of-the-art flash freezing technology at -45°C to ensure that our seafood products remain safe for consumption by stopping microbial activity. This method locks in the quality, flavours, and nutrients of the seafood, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible product.
One of the main advantages of flash freezing is that it allows us to offer our products throughout the year, regardless of the season. This means that our customers can enjoy the same high-quality seafood products even when they are out of season. Additionally, flash freezing provides a stable price compared to fresh products, as it is less affected by market fluctuations.
At Eattofresh, we take pride in the quality of our seafood products, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. With our flash freezing technology, we can offer seafood that is both safe and delicious, while also ensuring that our products are available whenever our customers need them.
